HIV Rapid Testing

Aradia offers a confidential HIV rapid test that provides results within an hour from a finger stick blood sample. This test is 99.6% accurate and like all HIV screening tests, a reactive or positive result must be confirmed by an additional, more specific test. The testing includes pre and post test counseling.

What to expect at your appointment:

  • Information regarding the importance of HIV testing
  • What to do if you test is reactive or preliminarily positive
  • Discussion of the window period and re-testing for clients with possible recent exposure
